Berry-Banana Cauliflower Smoothie
Sneak in your veggies with a smoothie every morning. Riced cauliflower adds thickness and creaminess to a subtly sweet cauliflower smoothie that features the fruity flavors of bananas and berries at the forefront.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh riced cauliflower
- ½ cup fresh mixed berries
- 1 cup sliced fresh banana
- 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions:
- Place cauliflower, berries, banana, almond milk and maple syrup in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes.
