Healthy Yogurt Bagel Dip

This dip is not only a flavourful and satisfying snack but also a great addition to your party or game day spread. It’s a healthier alternative to traditional dips, and the Greek yogurt adds a creamy and tangy element while the everything bagel seasoning provides a delightful crunch and flavor boost.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 4 oz neufchâtel or cream cheese softened
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp poppy seeds
- ½ tsp black sesame seeds
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tbsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp course salt
Roast The Pablano:
- Add all ingredients into bowl and mix well.
- Let sit 15 minutes and serve with green onion garnish
