Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- 2 ounces sliced smoked salmon
- 2 teaspoons teaspoons lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
Instructions:
Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each piece of toast. Top evenly with salmon. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
